Returns & Custom Products Policy

Due to the nature of our products and services, the following conditions apply:

1. Custom Products (No Right of Withdrawal)
All products sold by 3D Supercar Bricks are made to order, customized, or produced on demand. This includes (but is not limited to) custom designs, commissioned builds, and custom part configurations.

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

Therefore, all sales of custom products are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

2. “Add My LEGO” Sourcing Service (No Returns)
The “Add My LEGO” service is a sourcing and procurement service where parts are acquired specifically on behalf of the customer.

Once an order is placed and sourcing has started, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, as parts are purchased specifically for that order.

3. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Orders)
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Clear photo evidence must be provided. If the claim is valid, a replacement or appropriate solution will be offered.

4. Agreement
By placing an order on this website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
